Statewide started in 2004 to serve the San Francisco bay area and Silicon Valley to provide homeloans to subprime, prime and private loans. We have concentrated consumers that want to get into the best rates and have a mortgage broker that listens.
The purchase of a home is the most important financial decision that a consumer will undertake. We say “YES” to helping your realize your dream of home ownership, when banks and other brokers say “NO”.
Working with clients to deliver a loan that meets the consumers needs. For instance, before it was possible to get a 100% loan for consumers with credit scores below 580. Currently it is very difficult. However, with a combination of bank and private sources we can still get almost all consumers financed. Even tricky mortgages such as the 580-credit score situation.

I worked with David for a while and was very concerned as some of the subprime lenders went out of business. Fortunately eventhough we could not go with the original lenders, Statewide was able to find a lender and still meet my close date.
